o Clarine is the Founder of Partners That Care International (PTCI) and is passionate about empowering young people to see beyond their current circumstances and realize their full potential. She combines academic knowledge with practical experience to design and implement programmes that foster personal growth, resilience, positive behaviour change, and leadership. She believes that every problem has a solution and is committed to finding creative ways to engage, encourage, and motivate those she serves. With a background in Social and Applied Psychology and as a Certified Guidance Counsellor, Clarine transitioned from administrative leadership into community development, where she has worked for more than a decade. She is most fulfilled working at the grassroots level, partnering with individuals and communities to create meaningful, lasting change. Through her leadership, PTCI has developed impactful initiatives that use music, mentorship, education, and community engagement to transform lives, helping hundreds of young people discover their strengths and pursue brighter futures.
