o Faye joined the PTCI team in 2023 after serving as the Master of Ceremonies for the inaugural Make Music, Make a Difference (3MD) Showcase in 2022. As Student Support Officer, she plays a vital role in coordinating student transportation, communicating with schools, parents and guardians, and overseeing the distribution of food hampers to families. A Certified John Maxwell Trainer, Speaker, and Coach, Faye brings more than 19 years of progressive leadership experience in the offshore sector and has a proven track record of building high-performing teams. She is also a leadership facilitator with Leadership Summit Barbados, a trained workplace mentor, and a youth counsellor with experience in primary and secondary schools, youth ministries, and community-based youth organizations. Passionate about supporting young people, Faye is committed to helping students navigate life's challenges with prayer, care, patience, and encouragement. Her genuine compassion and unwavering dedication have earned her the trust and affection of both the students she serves and the tutoring team, making her an invaluable member of the PTCI family.
