PTCI seeks to bring together persons and organisations who share a common interest in addressing the social concerns and challenges of varying communities in Barbados, whether these concerns are to bring relief from poverty, enhance community and personal development or provide assistance that contributes to a better quality of life for those at the grassroots level.
